JW Care and Education Limited is a care agency that was founded in 2018. We provide qualified care staff with a wide range of care experience on skills of supporting various customer groups who include older people, people with learning disabilities, people with physical disabilities, those who have acquired brain injuries, residential, nursing homes and independent living.

The directors of the company have a combined ‘over 30 years of experience of working in care settings as carers and managers in various places across the UK. They have worked in partnership with large organisations like GRl, United Response, Turning Point and NHS Trusts in delivering quality care to the service users. We believe in continuous development of our staff to meet the needs of our customers and the people we support
All our procedures of employment are compliant with Care Act 2014 guidelines to ensure the competency of our staffing to the highest level. DBS security checks are carried out Cn all our staffing before we can consider them as JW Care personnel.

Our carers will support you around your personal needs, whether is washing, cleaning, cooking, shopping or travelling. We provide consistent staff, and same faces to build a sustainable and reliable support to the clients.
Our staff behave in a professional manner at all times with sensitivity, dignity and respect towards service users, parents/guardians, other professionals and visitors in accordance with the role of the post. They proactively support service user’ support plans – and taking active responsibility to promote their: Health; Education; Independence; Social; Emotional and Economic/Personal Well Being. They also actively promote the safety and well-being of the service users by reporting any concerns which might compromise their safety.
They work in a way that enable service users to take responsibility for their health and wellbeing – ensuring appointments to medical practitioners and hospitals are attended and medication is administered correctly. Maintain records of medication, visits to medical practitioners and hospital visits. They are fully trained on Care Standards, Data Protection according to GDPR standard with fully enhanced and up to date DBS Checks.
